SECURITY: Glass Magic takes every precaution to protect your information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our website.
FRAUD: Credit card fraud occurs when someone obtains your card information without your authorization or permission and uses it to make a purchase. We take precautions to carefully screen orders when they are made, and to prevent credit card fraud to the extent possible.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50 for a fraudulent order that gets past our screening process, Glassic Magic will reimburse you for the amount the bank holds you liable for, (limited to a maximum of $50). We will cover this liability for purchases made from us provided the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. Of course, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must also immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THIS POLICY: From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and Handling : Since each stained glass item is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, delivery times and shipping costs will vary. If the item requires special packaging, such as addition packaging, there may be additional shipping and handling costs, which will be noted on the description page for the individual item. Because we use UPS or FedEx as our preferred shippers, we cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes. Since all purchases being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must go via air service, there are additional shipping charges required for shipping to those states. We do not currently ship outside of the United States . We also do not currently accept international credit card orders.
Tracking Your Purchase : If you have received a tracking number from us for UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Post Office in your e-mail order confirmation, please use the direct links below to access the respective shipper's websites.

Items Damaged in Transit : If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find that the merchandise has been damaged, please call us at our toll free telephone, (1-888-655-4221), so we can arrange to have the package picked up and inspected by the shipping company. Please retain all of the original packing materials and paperwork that is included with your merchandise. The shipping company (and Glassic Magic) will need it help resolve the damage claim.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed with Glassic Magic, you should contact us either by email (sales@glassicmagic.com) or by telephone (1-866-655-4221). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide us with your name, contact information and the item number of the item you wish to cancel. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, your order cannot be canceled. However, if your item has already been shipped, you can request to return the item for a refund.
The return shipment must be received in good condition by Glassic Magic within 30 days of the date you received the item and should be insured for an appropriate amount based on the value of the item(s) being returned. The return shipping and insurance costs are at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on the manufacturer of the item being returned, a restocking fee may also apply to your return and will be deducted from your refund. REFUND POLICY
Refunds must be accompanied by a copy of the original sale confirmation message and must be received in good condition within 30 days of the purchase. Return shipment should be insured for an appropriate amount based on the value of the item(s) being returned. In the rare instance where the wrong item is shipped, the customer will be reimbursed for all shipping expenses. A restocking fee may apply. SALES AND USE TAX
Glassic Magic LLC does not charge sales tax except on purchases shipped to addresses within the State of Florida . It is the purchaser's duty to pay any applicable use tax, if applicable.
